  • Q. Do I need any hardware to host my site?
    No, you do not.  FazTrack deploys and maintains all hardware necessary to host your site at no additional cost to you.
  • Q. Do I need a full time person to manage my ecommerce site?
    For the long run you do not.  However, for the short term in the early stage of uploading products, you may have to have someone dedicated to manage the products online.  FazTrack can provide part-time help who you can temporarily hire at a reasonable rate to help you transfer the products to the site and train any in-house staff along the way.
  • Q. How will I be charged for my pricing plan?
    A. FazTrack will charge your credit card as pre-payment for each month for the price plan you choose.  If your product count falls into the upgraded price plan then FazTrack will show an online message on your Admin site and send an email.  If you do not respond, FazTrack will charge your credit card at the appropriate price plan according to product count at the time of charge.
  • Q. How do I get order information once products are sold on my website?
    A. An Email will be sent to you and your customer confirming each order with the order number and shipping information. All orders placed online are viewable and manageable from the Admin site. You can also run reports on the Admin site any time for any new or existing orders. 
         
    Q. How do I get reports?
