  • Q. What is a secure certificate and why do I need it?
    A. A secure certificate ensures the sensitive data such as your customers' names, addresses and credit card numbers are protected against fraud while being transmitted online.  Anytime you accept credit card or any personal information about a customer, we need to pay special attention to the encrypted data transmission so that the transmitted data stays intrusion free.
  • Q. How do I enter products into the website?
    We have developed an easy-to-use secure web portal via which you can upload your product information and transfer products from the FazTrack Lighting database to your own private database. 
  • Q. How secure is my Admin Site?
    A. Your site can not be accessed without a password.  Your products and their sensitive information can’t be accessed by anyone other than yourself and your employees.
  • Q. What is Standard Integration to financial software?
    FazTrack provides import of certain standard fields to a financial software such as PeachTree.  For example: Customer First and Last Name, Address, Phone Number are part of standard integration.  Anything that requires more than standard integration will be considered custom.
    Q.How do I ship products to my customers?
    Some vendors will drop ship items directly to the customer; please check with the manufacturer or reps for details.  Some vendors will not drop ship; in those cases you can create a PO with orders that will allow for free shipping to you.  You can then ship the products to the customer.
