We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

Base Salary: Based on experience
Incentive: Bonus or Commission available at management’s discretion
Job brief:
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition, revenue growth objectives and must be comfortable making numerous calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand the software application being offered to prospects and customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and work with the client through the closing process
- Achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and sales metrics
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven inside sales experience 3 years or more
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing numerous calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to work independently
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Eager to grow with the company with new sales, clients, and territories
